Customer service was exceptional, we never had any issues accessing our unit even if we had snow. Felt very comfortable with the level of security.

The storage units are decently sized but during the winter, the back gates are always left open. I get that plows need to get the snow out, but once the snow is gone, the gates should be closed. The front gate is constantly being left open because of mechanical issues I guess? But the whole point of this is to protect my stuff which I didn’t feel happened.

Steven the assistant manager at the Albrightsville PA location was professional and courteous. The paperwork was completed quickly as he walked me through the electronic signing. Explained all charges clearly. The office and facility were well maintained. Easy entry and exit.

I loved the easy and convenient way of being able to rent a storage unit. You have access to the lot whenever you would like before 10pm. The storage units are nice and clean. I love it.

I had a wonderful experience in all the communications we had. First it was on the phone communication with Nicole who made the reservation for us. She shared a lot of critical information very clearly.Then it was passed on to the local office Manager Shyane who was also helpful as we were planning to go to their office in Albrightsville where we met Steve.My husband and I went to the Load and Lock office in Albrightsville on Thursday March 24th, 2022.Although there had been some communication breakdown when we got to the office, between Shyane and Steve, it was not difficult for Steve to pick up the subject and attend to us.Steve was very very patient and helpful during the process of registering us for the facility. He also shared a lot of helpful hints for us to preserve our goods as we keep in the storage facility. And we are forever grateful.Steve, please keep it up and God bless you. Us as clients need that guidance.This was a great experience comparing with our previous experience with other Storage facilities.Your services as Load and Lock staff are greatly appreciated.

Setting up an account and and choosing my unit as well as paying my rent online could not be easier. I have not yet had to interact with the staff yet, but so far everything else was very easy and painless. Facility is new and units are clean and nice. I've been very happy so far!

Roy was able to get me set up with a unit quickly, and was able to answer all of my questions. He even took me to the unit to show me it was clean and in good condition. Although the location is a little further than I wanted to travel, the customer service I received and the condition of the unit makes it worth it.

I needed a spot to store my tools. I just moved here in March and don't know the area very well. I called a bunch of different places just to find out either there was no answer or the number was not up to date. I called and someone was there. Shyane went outta her way to make sure I had a spot there at Losd and Lock. When I got to the office and filled out the paperwork you could tell she was very serious about her work. She was very professional and spoke clearly what needed to be done. I was extremely happy with the level of attention I received at your place.

I needed storage for my business and all the places in the area were tough to get a person to answer. Load and Lock answered the phone and were extremely helpful and polite. The young lady at the front desk went out of her way to find a spot for me even though there wasn't one open. Its clean and covered by cameras. And being a Marine veteran I live that the place is veteran operated. God bless america.

I recently had moved and needed to find a storage facility nearby. I contacted Lock and Load and Shyane explained my options. The entire experience took less than a half-hour and was easily done over the phone and computer. On top of it, Shyane was extremely professional, courteous, and polite. If you are nearby and looking for a storage facility I highly recommend you contact Lock and Load as I'm sure you will have the same great experience that I had.
